Located in the heart of our valley in Viuz-en-Sallaz, Massanas Studio is both a treatment center, a practice space, and a boutique, designed to offer you a complete and enriching experience based on exchange and sharing.

On the class side, our team of certified instructors guides you with passion and expertise to help you progress at your own pace, in a caring and motivating environment:
• Iyengar Yoga, focusing on precise alignment, stability, and conscious breathing, offering both physical and mental benefits.
• Yoga Flow, a dynamic practice involving a sequence of postures that flow smoothly in harmony with the breath.
• Children’s Yoga & Meditation, promoting physical development, coordination, and balance in a playful and joyful atmosphere.
• Pilates, designed to tone and strengthen deep muscles responsible for posture, while improving flexibility and relieving muscle tension.
• Muscle strengthening, providing global toning, strengthening, and endurance through targeted exercises of varying intensity.
• Do-In, a Japanese technique using tapping and smoothing along meridian pathways to stimulate energy flow.
• Qi-Gong, a practice aimed at circulating vital energy through slow movements synchronized with the breath.
