We take care of everything involved in managing an Airbnb rental property : ad creation, optimization of pricing and booking schedule, communication with travelers, autonomous check-in/check-out (via a key box) with personalized remote follow-up, housekeeping, replenishment of consumables and laundry. We also take care of minor maintenance and emergency management for travelers. Possibility of taking charge of exterior maintenance (excluding commission).
