Since 1898, the butcher's shop in Marcellaz has been passing on its expertise from generation to generation within the family.
Five generations later, Eric Morello runs the butcher's shop with passion, accompanied by 22 artisan butchers, including apprentices. He preserves the family tradition and expertise while meeting today's needs. Here, everything is homemade, respecting seasonality and traditional recipes such as diots, atriaux or coffe sauce, not forgetting world dishes such as lamb curry. Make sure to try the shop speciality: the delicious pike quenelles!
