Permaculture-based and mountain agriculture for food lovers and gourmet cooking professionals.
We grow vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, berries and fruit. Right from the start, we chose to work only with old varieties. We therefore tested many varieties to find the ones that best suited to our climate, which allows us to grow for 12 months of the year at 900m altitude, and we also worked with chefs to find the varieties with the best taste, texture and resistance to cooking...
The varieties we offer will therefore not be the same as those usually sold. We also grow many lesser-known (or no longer known) varieties, which we invite you to (re)discover, and for which we can provide you with cooking tips if required.
