Octoplus Coaching

Octoplus-coaching is a limited liability company offering sports, life and mental coaching. Services are available on an individual, group or subscription basis. We specialize in extreme sports and freestyle coaching to prepare amateurs and athletes in a safe environment unique in the region. Our working environment includes: -a coaching studio equipped with a trampoline, airtrack, parkour modules, climbing wall, cardio machines, weight rack, punching bag... -a park equipped with a freestyle airbag (10mx15m) with a jump tower (unique in the region), a parkour airbag with a streetworkout cage, trampolines, an airtrack... in the middle of the forest. This year, we welcomed a number of sports clubs and associations, including the ski club of Les Gets and Samoëns, the sport-study club of Saint Jean d'Aulps, and several top-level athletes (skiing, snowboarding, logging, trail, mountain biking, DH, running, triathlon, etc.). We offer freestyle courses during the school vacations, weekly group lesson subscriptions, as well as private lessons, with family or friends, for all levels. We only work with qualified professionals in France.
