Hiking and yoga on the same day, all supervised by two professionals!
This is what Julie (Tigirl Yoga), yoga teacher and Mathieu Thirant (Trek'in Alpes), mountain guide offers.
You will leave for the day, with a picnic. Two yoga practices will be offered under Julie's guidance. With a conscious walk to get us in the mood.
A moment of (re) connection with the nature that surrounds us, in full awareness.
Registrations are made with Mathieu and Julie.
