You can enjoy the beautiful terrace and the large plot of land right in front of the house. You will be at home in this independent house of 135m2 arranged on 3 levels and with 2000m2 of garden. Ideal location between the Brasses resort and the Plaine Joux plateau. On the 1st floor (access via 5 steps): fitted kitchen, dining room (fireplace not usable), living room, bedroom 1 (1 140cm bed), shower room/wc and bathroom. Upstairs, mezzanine with TV, library, bedroom 2 (2 90cm beds), bedroom 3 (1 140cm bed), separate toilet. Ground floor / lower part of the house: bedroom 4 (2 twin 80x200cm beds to create 1 double bed, TV, bathroom/wc with shower, equipped kitchen area). Sheets and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival. Balconies, terrace on the same level as the living rooms, with garden furniture and barbecue. Oil central heating. WiFi internet access. 20% discount only outside school holidays for a maximum rental of 6 people (in this case, the ground floor of the house is not accessible).
